OUTRAGED: Alex Pettyfer as Christian Grey

Now before I forget, I had to go on a rant about the outrage I felt last night when I was told that Alex Pettyfer was going to play the role of Christian Grey in the 50 Shades of Grey movie!  I was pissed, simply PISSED! Now first off, the Fifty Shades series was amazing. I read the whole trilogy in 2 weeks. I’m tired of all these uptight women saying it was porn and disrespectful to women. Give me a freaking break. There was no rape or abuse in the book. Yes, there was BDSM (sexual practices involving dominance and submission) in the book but it happened WITH CONSENT so everyone needs to chill the hell out. The book isn’t porn either, there are different themes in the books besides sex. Is there a lot of sex in the book? YES. However, that is not ALL of it! Anyone who read past the first like 10 chapters would know that!

Anyway now on to the movie, Alex Pettyfer is BEYOND WRONG for the part. I have nothing against him, he is a sexy beast! For those of you who don’t know who I’m talking about, he starred in I Am Number 4, Magic Mike, and Beastly. I’ll include a picture in the end. Back to the topic, he is not right for the part! When you look at him, he doesn’t exude Christian Grey AT ALL! Ian Somerhalder is the BEST CHOICE or Matt Bomer. I’m not being biased and saying that only because they are my celeb crushes. I’m saying this because it’s TRUTH! Like anyone who read the series would know they would be PERFECT for the role but Alex Pettyfer?! ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! My heart shattered when I found this out! Like I wanted to cry. I’m not being dramatic! This movie needs to be epic just like the book! If it’s anything less than that, I’d be HIGHLY disappointed. All my girlfriends are like “OMG I hope it’s just a rumor!!” but with this world, you never know. It’s highly upsetting and unfair.

Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta

Hey guys! So this post is going to be a pure rant on the ratchetness & ridiculousness that I witnessed on the season premiere of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta! Ready? Let’s just get it going …

First off, I HATE HATE HATE HATE HATE Stevie J! He’s the dumbest & biggest asshole on the show. Seriously, I can’t stand him & Mimi is over here looking like a pendeja (for non Spanish speakers it means dumbass/asshole) because she sits there and takes his shit. I know they’ve been together for 12 years but I wouldn’t call that a real relationship because he’s been playing her out for God knows how long! Mimi has to be a stronger woman & bounce, seriously. Not  SAY she’s going to bounce. She needs to really bounce. He takes her as a fool & she just proves him AND Joselin right by sticking about despite the way they disrespect her. She may be a lost cause, legit.

While I’m on the topic of Joselin, she is a BALLSY one. She has a lot of audacity. I’m not a Joselin fan but I’m a hater either. I applaud her for having some type of backbone unlike Mimi. Still, she is crazy disrespectful! I can’t even believe she called Mimi a maid to her face & in front of Stevie! DRAMA! Like I said, she got balls. She could care less!

Now on to K.Michelle … This is another person who I CAN’T STAND! She is always trying to have beef with someone!  If it’s not Karli Redd, it’s Rasheeda, if it’s not her it’s Ariane, if it’s not her it’s gonna be someone else. By looking at the previews, her & Mimi are gonna get into it. Like just shut the hell up & stop being so damn abrasive & annoying … just straight up ratchet, SHEESH!

Now moving onto Erica & Scrappy. I want them to work something out but I feel like Momma Dee & Shay will make that IMPOSSIBLE! Scrappy is going to have to get his priorities straight. Yeah he proposed to Erica, but I’m not sure that honeymoon period is gonna last as long as Shay & Momma Dee are BFFS.

I don’t have much to say about Rasheeda, Karli Redd, or the new chick on the show because nothing major has happened. Stay tuned though because this season is sure to be full of drama & I will keep you updated with rants. That’s a promise.

Love & Hip Hop: Erica Mena

Rant time! I’m a reality tv show junkie! I watch anything that entertains me like Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Love & Hip Hop, Mob Wives, Teen Mom, 16 & Pregnant, Braxton Family Values, Bridezillas, Kourtney & Kim Take Miami, Supernanny, Dance Moms, etc … you get the point, I watch a fair share of them lol…

Anyway! I just watched the Love & Hip Hop finale on VH1 & as usual Erica Mena pisses me the hell off! I’m tired of her! She has some severe anger issues & she needs to pump her brakes. She’s a grown ass woman acting reckless, “ratchet”, & classless. She’s manipulative & a liar & he only defense is she’s been hurt?! I’ve been hurt plenty of times! Granted, everyone has their own experiences & their own journey but that is NO EXCUSE. She is always putting her hands on someone trying to fight, always lying, always stirring the pot, etc. She needs to get it together! She’s a pretty girl. There’s no need to act all crazy. Granted, reality tv is SCRIPTED but I’m CERTAIN she acts that way on a daily basis because come on now … all the articles on her prove it. She’s out of control.

For those of you who are not familiar, just watch one episode & it will be sufficient
